What if I would like to make changes to what has been included within my quote?

We want you to be happy with the items that you have requested, and so if you need anything adjusted or changed, we would be glad to help. :-)
Changes will be processed in a timely manner so that we can get your project up and running asap!
How long do I have to respond to a quote?
Your quote will remain on file for 2 weeks, and so you are welcome to take some time to look things over before you respond!
What forms of payment can I use to pay?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, & Paypal.
When paying by check, any bank fees incurred due to insufficient funds will become your responsibility.
How long does it take for my website/webpage to go live?
Your website or webpage will become visible to the public by midnight on the date that payment clears.
Cash & electronic payments are usually same day, while checks may take a few days to clear.
How long after my website is live am I able to make changes?
You are welcome to contact us any time with updates or changes to your website!
Simple changes to adjust wording, a few images, or any errors are complimentary.
Please always reach out if you have any concerns!
If your website will need to be updated on a regular basis, let us know. We would be glad to help & can send a quote for maintenance fees your way to discuss & approve.
We also have options available for customers who would like us to create and publish their website, but whom prefer to maintain it themselves. We can get you set up with an online host & teach you how to use the program to make updates yourself.
