Changes will be processed in a timely manner so that we can get your project up and running asap!

How long do I have to respond to a quote?

Your quote will remain open for 2 weeks, and so you are welcome to take some time to look things over before you respond!

What forms of payment can I use to pay?

We accept cash, check, Venmo, & Paypal.

When paying by check, any bank fees incurred due to insufficient funds will become your responsibility.

How long does it take for my website/webpage to go live?

Your website or webpage will become visible to the public by midnight on the date that payment clears.

Cash & electronic payments are usually same day, while checks may take a few days to clear.

How long after my website is live am I able to make changes?

You are welcome to contact us any time with updates or changes to your website!

Simple changes to adjust wording, a few images, or any errors are complimentary.

Please always reach out if you have any concerns!

If your website will need to be updated on a regular basis, let us know. We would be glad to help & can send a quote for maintenance fees your way to discuss & approve.

We also have options available for customers who would like us to create and publish their website, but whom prefer to maintain it themselves. We can get you set up with an online host & teach you how to use the program to make updates yourself.

How do I share my website/page with others?

Your website/page will have an official URL address that you can share by simply copying & pasting the link in a message.

If you have a website, you will have your own unique domain name that would look like:

www.your-website.com - or - www.your-website.org

We can register your domain name for you, or you can provide your own for us to work with.

Domains renew yearly or every two to three years, depending on the plan you have chosen.

If you have a web page, you may have your own domain name (like the above examples), or your page's URL may be included on our website and would look like:

www.ink-n-grace.com/your-page

Can I share my documents & images with others?

Yes, you can share any document or image that you receive through Ink & Grace with others.

To share images, simply right click with your mouse on the image, and then select "Save Image As" to save to your device.

Images can then be shared from whatever folder your device places downloads within.

We check that all images used within the Ink & Grace website & our customer products are not already copyright protected elsewhere.

If ever an image were mistakenly used that did already have a prior copyright on it that we did not catch before using, we will replace the image right away at no cost & will update your product.

How often do I have to renew my website?

Website domains are commonly renewed every 1 to 3 years.

Your customer contract will clarify the specific details & how to go about renewing your domain name.

What does it cost to keep my website/page active?

Domain Costs:

Domain prices vary depending upon whether your website is a .com, a .org, etc.

They are commonly offered at a discounted price the first year and then cost approx. $25/yr or $60/3-yrs.

Your customer contract will clarify your pricing, which may vary slightly over time depending on the cost offered by the site that hosts your domain.

You'll always be notified in advance of any change, & price increases are usually very minimal.
