We couldn't bring this wonderful fundraiser to Port Huron without the help of so many talented stylists & designers!

If you are interested in participating, please be sure to fill out all of the forms that are listed under your area of expertise.

- On this form, you will be asked to include info about yourself, any assistants you'll have with you, the mannequin you are providing, whether you will be supplying a costume for your mini, & what non-profits you are interested in representing.

This form must be filled out by a parent or guardian of each minor that is participating in the Mannequins Making a Difference event prior to May 15, 2027.
